Dr. Sr. Victoria, M.S.W., M.Phil., Ph.D. is the Principal of Bon Secours Arts and Science College for Women, Mannargudi since October 2018. The College is run by the missionary sisters of the congregation of Bon Secours. 

Her experience is, Principal for 10 years, Vice Principal for 3 years and Head of the Department of Social Work for 9 years with a teaching experience of both at UG and PG level for 20 years at Bon Secours College for Women, Thanjavur. She has done extensive research on child labour and on the role of self-help groups in empowerment of rural women in Tamil Nadu. She has specialised and involved in activities such as community organisation, life skills education, guidance and counselling, leadership and management, gender issues and women empowerment and disaster management.

Dr. Sr. Victoria is the Chief Editor of Indian Journal of Current Research and also a Life member of Indian Association for Social Science and Health (IASSH) since 2009 and Life member of Indian Society of Professional Social Work (ISPSW) since 2017. She has published  text books for UG students entitled ‘Sex Education’ and ‘Recent Development and Emerging Trends in Social Work’, published by Allied Publishers. Her recent book is “Internal Security – Issues, Challenges, Threats & Linkages”, Prabhat Paperbacks, New Delhi. She has presented Research papers in 38 National level and 12 State level seminars / conferences.

She has also organised 13 International, 12 National and 15 State level seminars/conferences. She has published 24 articles in referred Indian and international journals and presented 32 articles in various seminars/conferences. She has so far guided 152 MSW candidates and 12 M.Phil candidates and currently guiding 4 Ph.D and 3 M.Phil Scholars. 

Dr. Sr. Victoria has completed 18 certificate courses and attended 31 training programmes. She has been actively involved in various academic activities such as NAAC Coordinator, member of Board of studies, Chief Examiner for university Examinations and Headmistress of five English Medium Schools. She is an active Assessor of NAAC, Bangalore. She has played a vital role as a project coordinator in Tsunami Rehabilitation projects and School up-gradation projects. 

She has also been the co-ordinator for 6 years (2010-13 & 2016-19) for all the educational institutions of Bon Secours Congregation, Thanjavur Province. She has also organised and been a Resource Person for more than 50 times for the trainings / orientation programs organised for teachers and students. Dr. Sr. Victoria has been instrumental and her role has been very significant in the preparation of Self Study Report and for the visit of NAAC Peer Team to achieve accreditation of ‘A’ Grade with 3.34 CGPA, for Bon Secours College for Women, Thanjavur. She has been recognized with lot of awards for her outstanding services.
