The Mother Teresa Foundation, under its Community Development Program has adopted a family of two that has lost its breadwinner in a Heart Attack. The now widowed mother and her differently-abled son have no means of livelihood. The son an ex-professor at King’s College of Engineering lost both of his feet in an accident who is also unable to earn a living of his own.

The Foundation provides the family with their necessary grocery every month along with a monthly monetary stipend. Under the Mother Teresa Medical Foundation, they are also provided all the necessary medical help for free.
