Rtn. Er. N.T. Balasundaram​, Born in 1969 and affectionately known as NTB, after graduating in Civil Engineering from Regional Engineering College, Trichy, he completed his M. Tech as a gold medallist in Sastra University in Construction Engineering and Management. In view of his integrity he is recognised as a registered approved valuer and panel valuer for almost all financial institutions. 

Honesty is his watchword which he practices in his official and personal life. His contribution to society is immense. As a Rotarian from 1999 in Rotary Club of Thanjavur South he rendered social services in various avenues at club level and later became its President in the Rotary year 2010-11 and he was conferred with best President Award. 

During his presidential he mobilised over $73,000 US dollars for Rotary Foundation which is still considered as a record for an individual club of Rotary District 2980. In view of his dedicated services he was conferred with outstanding Assistant Governor Award during his tenure in 2013-14.

He visited USA in 2015 as a member of Rotary Friendship Exchange Team. On the professional side he was Managing Trustee and President of Builders Welfare Trust after serving for 2 years as Chairman.

He is a prolific speaker who addresses the audience suiting their taste and expectations. In view of his commitment to serve the underprivileged he adds value to our Foundation as an Advisor.
