Mother Teresa Foundation has been carrying out various charitable activities in the fields of education, health, elderly care relief measures during natural disasters and free meal for the starving for the last 20 years to the marginalized and vulnerable communities irrespective of caste, creed, colour language and religion following the footsteps of St. Mother Teresa.

Mother Teresa Health Centre run by Mother Teresa Foundation is carrying out various service activities through quality medical treatment for the last 5 years. Considering the infrastructure modern medical facilities, safety and care of the patients and efficient administration etc. NABH Entry level Certificate has been awarded to the Health Centre.

In the function held at Mother Teresa Health Centre on 25.11.2021, Dr. Ravikumar, Dean of Thanjavur Medical College participated as chief guest and handed over the NABH Entry Level Certificate to the Chairman and appreciated the good work being done by the Foundation in the medical field.

Dr. Singaravelu, former Dean of Thanjavur Medical College, Dr. Rajarathinam, Director, KIMS Hospital, Trichy, Senior Doctors Dr. Sivaraman, Dr. Joseph Victor, Dr. Sasiraj, President of IMA and Other functionaries Dr. Amirthakani, Dr. Nallathambi, Dr. Karthikeyan participated as guest of honor and appreciated the good work being done by Foundation and wished more success. Er. N.T. Balasundaram, President, Chamber of Commerce, Thanjavur, Er. Vijay Amalraj, President, Rotary Club of Thanjavur South and leading industrialist Pandal Siva who participated in this function hailed the good work being done by the Foundation for the cause of the underserved and wished the Foundation team to continue their good work. Hosts of specialists in medicine, leading industrialists and those connected with the medical field and general public participated in the function.

Foundation Trustees A.R. Sampath Raghavan, H. Govindaraju and G. Muralikrishnan took part in the function. The arrangements for the function were done by Project Manager, A.
