Eradicating hunger and malnutrition is one of the great challenges of our time. In India 189.2 million people (14% of India’s population) suffer in hunger every day.

The Mother Teresa Foundation pledges to end hunger, achieve food security and improve nutrition through its Amudha Surabhi Free Meal Program.
We serve different types of food everyday,
which is prepared and packed in an hygienic way, and distributed to the needy by our dedicated team.
This is a continuous program conducted by us that enables the vulnerable to remain free from hunger and provide them the strength to lead a healthy life.

Recognition for services of our Foundation during covid 19
Certicate of goodwill and appreciation presented by District collector Thanjavur in the independence day Celebrations to our Chairman for the services rendered for the impacted during the pandemic.

Recognizing the service of the frontline workers
Foundation provided special meals to 40 frontline sanitary workers at a Primary Health Centre in kallukulam recognizing their incomparable work during the pandemic.
Mass Vaccination – Our part to fight the virus
The Foundation organized a vaccination camp, in coordination with the district health administration, for around 110 people who recieved their first dose, with all safety measures put in action.
Providing day-to-day essentials
The Foundation provided everyday must-haves to over 10 nomadic tribal families who were victimised due to the lockdown and travel ban in Pattukottai.
