Manitha Neyam free IAS Academy, Chennai and Mother Teresa Foundation supplied drinking water to the people of cyclone affected areas.
Foundation Volunteers swung into action to provide relief to the cyclone affected people in Thanjavur.
Heavy damages were caused to commercial crops in Thanjavur District causing unbearable misery to the growers in Thanjavur and neighbouring Districts.
Large number of Trees uprooted due to Gaja (cyclone) fell on powerlines disrupting power supply. General public were put into inconvenience on account of fury of nature.
Foundation volunteers under the guidance of our Chairman undertook cyclone relief operations in Thanjavur where normal life has been rendered out of gear
Gaja (cyclone) caused extensive damage in Thanjavur District leaving the area in total disarray.
